Standards for the Battle for the Boobs competition.
(All girls individual competition, Saturday October 7th)
RX:
Able to perform all of the “Benchmark” WODs RX

Scaled & Scaled Masters:
Barbell: Front squat (80), Clean (80), Thrusters (65), Snatches
(65), OHS (65), Deadlift (155) & Shoulder to overhead (65)
Athletes must also be able to perform pull ups, rowing, running, box jumps (20″), KBS (26), wall balls (14), double unders.
Beginners:
Barbells will not be included in this programming . This division is open to anyone who can do functional body weight movements along with KBS (20), wall balls, slam balls, ring rows, box jumps or step ups, running, rowing and jump roping.Note:The above standards are estimated working weights and movements for each of the divisions. These weights are subject to change and may have a 20# variation depending on rep count and dynamics of the WOD.

Masters athletes must be over 40 years of age at the time of the competition.

Please join us for our first annual The Test of Fitness. An all guys team functional fitness competition. As a competitor you can expect traditional CrossFit WODs without any crazy off the wall movements. The competition will play host to RX and RX Masters (35+), scaled and scaled Masters (40+) along with a beginners division.

Standards for the Test of Fitness competition.
(All guys team competition, Sunday October 8th)
RX & RX Masters:
Able to perform all of the “Benchmark” WODs RX

Scaled & Scaled Masters:
Barbell: Front squat (115), Clean (115), Thrusters (95), Snatches
(95), OHS (95), Deadlift (225) & Shoulder to overhead (95)
Athletes must also be able to perform pull ups, rowing, running, box jumps (24″), KBS (35), wall balls (20), double unders

Beginners:
Barbells will not be included in this programming . This division is open to anyone who can do functional body weight movements along with KBS (35), wall balls, slam balls, ring rows, box jumps or step ups, running, rowing and jump roping.

RX Masters athletes must be over 35 years of age at the time of the competition. Scaled Masters athletes must be over 40 at the time of the competition.
